BATTLEBOX'S TERMS OF TRAINING
Set out below are our terms of training and apply to every and all of our clients without exception.
BattleBox will always endeavour to be fair in its application of this agreement and will review each case individually and with the utmost consideration.
As a professional company, agreements both written and verbal have to be in place to ensure that as a company, we treat all our clients equally and without prejudice and guarantee that we are in the strongest possible position to manage your expectations and to advise that, as our clients, what is expected of you.
We look forward to working with you and if you have any concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Any person or persons that train with BattleBox in any form of physical activity, being aware of their own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that their participation in any physical activity involves the risk of injury, are voluntarily participating in physical activities with BattleBox.
Having such knowledge, they hereby release BattleBox, their representatives, agents, and successors from any and all liability for accidental injury or illness which they may incur as a direct result of participating in the aforementioned physical activity.
They therefore assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in the aforementioned physical activity. They also agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect their ability to participate in said fitness program.
PAYMENTS & INVOICING
All sessions without exception have to be paid for in advance. No booking will be taken or confirmed until such time as payment has been received in full regardless of whether payment is made via BACS transfer or in cash.
All clients will be invoiced at least 48 hours prior to any training. Failure to ensure payment is received before the commencement of the session will result in the session being lost, but the client will still be financially responsible for the payment of this session.
If an invoice is overdue by no more than 3 days, the client will be charged an additional £50 administration fee to ensure payment is made in full.
Once an invoice is issued, unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for the full payment of this invoice regardless of whether the client intends to continue training with BattleBox or not.
Any and all outstanding monies owed to BattleBox will be passed over to a third party for collection. BattleBox is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by the client by administration of the third party.
If at any time a client decides they would like to terminate their training with BattleBox, it has to be done in writing a month prior to the intended termination date. This includes advising us when an invoice is issued. Failure to do so will result in the client being invoiced for the training sessions for the month and will be liable for the payment of this invoice regardless of the intended use of the sessions.
TERMINATION OF TRAINING
If at any time a client decides they would like to terminate their training with BattleBox, it has to be done in writing a month prior to the intended termination date.
This includes advising us when an invoice is issued. Failure to do so will result in the client being invoiced for the training sessions for the month and will be liable for the payment of this invoice regardless of the intended use of the sessions.
Please also note that any sessions that haven't been used 8 weeks after purchase will be lost. This is to ensure that you keep your training consistent.
All session cancellations have to be received AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to the start of your training session in writing via text or email or alternatively by telephone conversation.
Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the session even if you do not attend it. We operate this policy to ensure that clients are motivated to attend each session as to continue training momentum.
We also employ this policy, as if you do not give us enough notice, we cannot fill your allocated slot and therefore have to charge you for it. We will however, always endeavour to fill your allocated slot with another client and if we do so, you will not be charged.
If you do not give us enough notice or if we cannot fill the slot when you have given us less than 24 hours notice, we have to charge you for this session nevertheless as per the industry standard.
BattleBox strive to provide the best possible service to our clients at all times.
We do however have a strict non-refund policy.
We appreciate that certain circumstances could arise that would prevent you from using all your sessions and we will therefore treat each individual case with the utmost consideration.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
I hereby confirm that I have read the above terms of training in it's entirety and as such agree to all of the above.
By training with BattleBox, I confirm that I agree to all their terms of training without hesitation.
