We believe that personal training is for every body and that is why we offer free taster sessions to show how much you can achieve with the right motivation. Personal training isn't just for the rich and famous.

Our taster sessions are designed to show you what training with us is really like with no pressure or obligation to sign up.

At no time during or after the session will you be asked to sign up to personal training with us.  If we are the right fit for you, you'll know and if we are not, then not a problem at all.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to achieve my goals?


This will depend mainly on what your training goals are, how many times a week you can commit to training with us and on your own. It also depends on what you are eating. On average, clients lose up to a stone of fat in the first 4 to 8 weeks of training with us.




How many times per week should I train with a personal trainer?


This depends on your training goals and the time in which you want to achieve these goals. We always recommend twice a week when you first start to gain training momentum and build a healthy training habit. We then review every 4 weeks and adjust accordingly. We recommend a minimum of one session per week or a maximum of 3 per week.




Do I need to be a member at the gym to train with you?


The answer is no, you don't need a membership to train with us at Renegade. However if you want to use the gym in addition to training with us, we do offer discounted memberships as a benefit of being a BattleBox PT client.




How much does personal training cost?


This depends on your training frequency, availability and budget. We will work with you to get the most training for your budget without putting a financial strain on you. This is counter productive to training as personal training should reduce stress, not be the cause of it. Training sessions range from £30 per session up to £50 depending on the aforementioned criteria.




Can I train with a friend?


The answer is most definitely! We believe the more the merrier and the advantages of training with a friend or family member is exponential. From making training more cost effective to helping maintain motivation, we actively encourage buddy and small group training.
